Recruitment in Dakshin Dinajpur District Judge Court Recruitment for Post of Staff (28 Posts) in -
English Stenographer / Lower Division Clerk (LDC) / Process Server-Summon Beliff / Peon / Night Guard / Day Guard / Farash / Gardener / Sweeper Post.
Scheme and Syllabus for Examination :
For Lower Division Clerk (LDC) Post - The Examination shall consist of two part, Part-I & Part-II. Only the successful candidate of the Part-I Examination shall be called for Part-II Examination.
The Part-I examination will carry 100 marks having 100 questions of one mark each, comprising of multiple choice objective type questions on English, General Studies and arithmetic. 1 mark shall be deducted for each wrong answer. The duration of the Part-I Examination shall be 1 Hour 30 Minute.
The Part-II examination shall consist of conventional type question on- Group A English and Group B Bengali / Hindi / Urdu / Nepali carrying 50 marks for each group. The duration of the Part-II examination shall be 1 hours and the Syllabus for which will be fixed by the appropriate authority. Candidate who will take Hindi or Urdu as the case may be, in lieu of Bengali of the Group B of the Part-II Examination shall, before confirmation, have to pass the Departmental examination in Bengali during the period of probation the duration of the Part-II examination shall be 1 hours and the Syllabus for which will be fixed by the appropriate authority. The appropriate authority shall have discretion to fix qualifying marks for Both Part-I & part-II Examination. On the basic of result of the Part-II examination a number of candidates will be called for next part of selection.
For English Stenographer Post - Selection will be based on Paper-I (Dictation & Transcription), Paper-II (General English), Paper-III (Typing in Typewriter Machine).
For Process Server/Summon Bailiff, Peon, Day Guard, Night Guard, Farash Post - The candidates shall have to appear in a written examination to be conducted by the authority. The examination will carry 1000 marks having 50 question of two mark each, Comprising of Multiple Choice Objective Type Question on General Knowledge, Mathematics, English and Current Affairs. 2 marks shall be deducted for each wrong answer. Duration of examination shall be one hour. The authority shall determine the syllabus for the scheme and method and qualifying marks of the Written examination. On the basic of result of the Written Examination, a number of candidate will be selected for Personality test carrying 10 marks and on the basic of the total marks obtained in the Written examination and Personality test, a final panel will be prepared.
Instruction to the Candidates :
The Written Examination will carry 100 marks, comprising Multiple Objective Type Question. The Question paper will be in English language.
The duration of the examination will be Ninety Minutes and the same will be held from 10 am to 11.30 and on Sunday 7th August 2016. Reporting time of the candidates is 9.30 am.
The answer scripts will be evaluated through a machine and hence needs utmost care while handling by the candidates. Thus the answer script should not be torn or mutilated or folder or wrinkled anyhow. There should not be any special characters made anywhere in the answer sheet except the response as requested. The answer scripts will not be assessed if any candidate uses any method of marking answer other than shading the ovais by Blue / Black ball Point Pen. Sample OMR sheet and Sample way of filling response will be made available to the Website.
Under No Circuments admission to the examination centre will be allowed without valid Photo Admit Card.
No candidate shall be allowed to enter examination centre after 10 minutes from the commencement of examination, Hence admission to the examination centre will be closed at 10.10 am.
No request shall be entertained related to change of Examination Center.
No candidate shall be allowed to bring Mobile Phone or any other Electronic Gadgets in the Examination Hall. If any candidates is found with any such articles in his / her possession, the concerned candidature shall be cancelled instantly and will entail appropriate legal action.
The appropriate authority shall have the discretion to fix qualifying marks in any or all the Test and to relax such marks in respect of candidates belonging to the Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Classes and Persons with Disabilities, if deemed necessary.
The candidate must bring his / her own Blue / Black Ball Point Pen.
The candidate must write his / her name and shall put his / her signature and Roll no only in the space exclusively provided for the purpose. Writing Names, marking or Signature in any other place will invoke termination of the candidature instantly.
Any alternative in the entries / images / signature on the admit card without the authority of the District Recruitment Committee shall invoke termination of the candidature instantly.
Any sort malpractice shall be severely dealt and suitable legal action will be initiated instantly.
Important Information :
The Admit Cards of the candidates whose applications have been accepted will be sent in due course of time, Candidate are requested to appear before the office of the undersigned in case of non receiving of the Admit Card upto 02.08.2016 on and from 03.08.2016 to 05.08.2016 for collection their duplicate admit cards during office hour on production of supporting documents like copy of Bank Challan, Original Voter ID Card and Photo ID Card issued by the Government and Two passport size Photograph identical to the previous one.
