Students undergoing a crisis situation.
Students in Government aided or Private school between classes 6th (VI) to XII (12th) are eligible.
College students pursuing Under Graduate (UG) / Post Graduate (PG) Full Time or Part Time Degree / Diploma Course in colleges or Universities recognized under UGC / AICTE / State or Central Government rules and guidelines.
Details of Crisis Situation:
A Crisis situation is -
Sudden onset of a critical or life threatening illness.
Accident / Death of Siblings.
Sudden Death / Separation of parents.
Sudden Job loss.
Sudden occurrence of an incident that has created a situation the student / family required support.
The students will be given scholarship amount of Rs.10000 for School Students and up to a maximum of Rs.25000 to the selected college / university students will be sponsored.
Documents with Application:
The following documents need to be attached to the Application (Scan & Upload the following documents) -
Annexure I (A)- Income Proof from the employer duly signed and stamped by the concerned authority along with the salary slip (if any) or
Annexure I (B) - Self declaration of family income (for self employed).
Annexure II - Verification from duly signed and stamped by the Principal / College Dean / Director printed on the institute letterhead. The annexure should also have the name of the bank account of the institute, in favour of which, the Demand Draft / Cheque will be issued.
Other Documents - Attested copies last years mark sheet, two copies of address proof, doctor's note (in case of illness), 10th / 12th Mark sheet and salary slip (if any).

Log in with Password.
Fill up application form completely & carefully.
Upload all Necessary documents.
Verify & Final submit.
Take a print out copy of Application Form.
Forms submitted online should not be resent in hard copy.
Selection List Declaration:
The final list of scholarships will be announced on the bank website by the 15th September 2017. Selected students will be communicated through SMS / Telephones call of the registered Mobile number.
