Details of Posts and Vacancy:
There are 137 Army Public Schools (APS) located in various Cantonments and Military Stations across India. AWES India Teacher Recruitment 2018 in various Posts of -
1. Post Graduate Teachers (PGT).
2. Trained Graduate Teachers (TGT).
3. Primary Teachers (PRT).
Candidates required age should be below 40 Years as on 1st April 2018 for Fresh category (In case of Delhi schools TGT / PRT should be below 29 years & PGT should be below 36 years).
Candidates required age should be below 57 years as on 1st April 2018 for Experienced Category (Should have minimum 5 years teaching experience in the last 10 Years).
CTET / TET conducted by State governments is mandatory for appointment as TGTs / PRTs. Others found fit in all other respects may be appointed on Adhoc basic only till attainment of qualification. However CTET / TET is not mandatory for appearing in CSB online screening Exam.
PGT - Candidates having Post Graduation in relevant subject with minimum 50% aggregate marks and B.Ed Degree with minimum 50% aggregate marks are eligible for applying.
TGT - Candidates having Graduation in relevant subject with minimum 50% aggregate marks and B.Ed Degree with minimum 50% aggregate marks are eligible for applying.
PRT - Candidates having Graduation in relevant subject with minimum 50% marks and B.Ed / Two Year Diploma with minimum 50% aggregate marks are eligible for applying.
Selection of candidates will be done by 3 Stages -
i. Screening Examination - The Exam is conducted online by an agency identified by HQ AWES centrally to ensure uniform basic quality of teachers in all Army Public Schools. Written Examination scheduled between 15th to 17th January 2018. Details of Selection process is available on Employment Notice.
ii. Interview - This shall be conducted at various centres in India for a single school or a cluster of schools as per the convenience of the Interviewing board.
iii. Evaluation of Teaching Skills and Computer Proficiency - For Language teachers, written test comprising Essay & Comprehension of 15 marks each will be held along with evaluation of teaching skills. Selection Committee may also hold Computer proficiency tests if they so desire.
Candidates required to pay Examination Fees of Rs.500 (Non Refundable). Candidates can pay the examination fee through Two (2) modes -
i. Online Payment - Pay using Credit Card / Debit Card /Net Banking. Once payment is successfully done, you will receive a conformation Email and SMS. Once you have received the successful payment confirmation, you can proceed with the remaining part of registration process.
ii. Cash payment in SBI Bank - Candidate can select this option to pay by Cash at any of the designated SBI Bank branch. Once you select this option and proceed, you will see a Challan on your screen with your details already filled in it. You need to take 3 print outs of this Challan, fill in the details wherever required in all the copies and walk in to your nearest SBI Bank branch with Cash on the nest day of generation of Challan. Cash deposit will be accepted only from the next day of your Challan generation.

At first, Log onto the website and study the detailed instructions for Registration that will be available on the portal.
Fill up the personal information of the Application Form.
The system will then ask the candidates to pay the exam fee Online. Payment options are Debit / Credit / Net Banking / Challan. AA payment gateway has been integrated with the website for the purpose and candidates will be guided through the payment process.
After payment of fee, the candidates will be asked by the system to attached following documents (Photograph and Signature, Proof of Date of Birth, certificate of academic qualifications).
Once registration is complete, the candidates will get a conformation that you have successfully registered yourself. Candidates will also be informed through e-mail and SMS regarding the same.
Complete the Applications.
Take a print after successful submission of application.
