NTA National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test 2019 for Admission to Undergraduate (UG) Medical Course; NEET UG 2019 will be conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA) for Admission to MBBS / BDS Courses in Indian Medical / Dental Colleges run with the approval of MCI / DCI under the Unioun Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Govt. of India. Date of Entrance Test:
National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test (NEET UG) 2019 will be conducted on 5th May 2019 (Sunday) from 2 pm to 5 pm. The duration of test will be three (3) hours.

Age Limit:
He / She has completed age of 17 years at the time of admission or will complete that age on or before 31st December of the year of his / her admission to the 1st year MBBS / BDS Course.
The upper age limit for NEET (UG) is 25 years as on the date of examination with relaxation of 5 years for the candidates belonging to SC / ST / OBC category and persons entitled for reservation under the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016.
For candidates of Unreserved category (UR) born on or between 05.05.1994 and 31.12.2002.
For candidates of SC / ST / OBC / PwD category born on or between 05.05.1989 and 31.12.2002.

Educational Qualifications:
A candidate who is appearing in the qualifying examination, 12th Standard in 2019, whose result is awaited, may apply and take up the said test but he / she shall not be eligible for admission to the MBBS or BDS, if he / she does not pass the qualifying examination with the required pass percentage of marks at the time of the first round of Counselling.
or
The Higher / Senior Secondary Examination or the Indian School Certificate Examination which is equivalent to 10 + 2 Higher / Senior Secondary Examination after a period of 12 years study, the last two years of such study comprising of Physics, Chemistry, Biology / Bio Technology (which shall include practical tests in these subject) and Mathematics or any other elective subject with English at a level not less than the core course for English as prescribed by the National Council of Educational Research.
or
The Intermediate / Pre-degree examination in Science of an Indian university / Board or other recognized examination body with Physics, Chemistry, Biology / Bio-technology (which shall include practical test in these subjects) and also English as a compulsory subject.
or
The Pre-professional / Pre-medical examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology / Bio-technology & English after passing either the Higher Secondary Examination or the Pre-University or an equivalent examination. The Pre-professional / Pre-medical examination shall include practical tests in these subjects and also English as a compulsory subject.
or
The first year of the three years degree course of a recognized university with Physics, Chemistry and Biology / Bio-technology including practical tests in these subjects provided the examination is a University Examination and candidate has passed the earlier qualifying examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology / Bio technology with English at a level not less than a core course.
or
B.Sc Examination of an Indian university provided that he / she has passed the B.Sc Examination with not less than two of the subjects Physics, Chemistry, Biology (Botany, Zoology) / Bio-technology and further that he / she has passed the earlier qualifying examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English.
or
Any other examination which in scope and standard (last 2 years of 10+2 Study comprising of Physics, Chemistry and Biology / Bio-technology which shall include practical test in these subjects) is found to be equivalent to the Intermediate Science Examination of an Indian University / Board, taking Physics, Chemistry and Biology / Bio-technology including practical tests in each of these subjects and English.
         
Examination Fee:
For Unreserved (UR & OBC) category candidates - Rs.1400
For SC / ST / PwD / Transgender candidates - Rs.750.
After completing Step 2 of online applications, candidates may remit the examination fee (Step 3) by choosing the following options -
i. Online Mode (Debit Card / Credit Card and Net Banking).
ii. Cash Deposit through E-Challan - After completing Step 2 of online Application Form, candidate will be prompted to generate e-slip. Print e-slip on A4 size paper landscape format from NEET (UG) 2019 website and follow instruction given on e-slip and make payment through e-challan.
Print the confirmation page (Step 4) of online application after completion of Step 3 (Payment through Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking / Cash Deposit through E-challan).

Application Procedure:
A candidate can apply for NEET (UG) 2019 only online by logging on to www.ntaneet.nic.in
The candidate, before submitting the application form online. must ensure his eligibility to appear in the test. The candidate is required to go through the Information Bulletin carefully and be clear about the all requirements with regard to the submission of the Application Form.
Fill up the applications carefully & completely.
Candidate should have upload scanned images of his / her latest Photograph (size of 10 kb to 200 kb) and Signature (size of 4 kb to 30 kb) in JPG / JPEG format only, for uploading as part of submission of online application.
Pay the Examination fee either Online of Offline mode.
Verify & Submit the application form.
Take a print out copy.
