RPF Admit Card 2018-19 Download; The Director General of RPF announces the date to begin the Computer Based Test (CBT) for recruitment of Constables in Railways Protection Force (RPF) / Railways Protection Special Force (RPSF). As per Employment Notice No. Constable/RPF 01/2018 the CBT has been scheduled from 19th December 2018 onwards. CBT Group:
Online Computer Based Test will be conducted group-wise simultaneously for Constables for all 6 groups one by one in following order -
1. Group E - North Frontier Railway (NF).
2. Group F - Railway Protection Special Force (RPSF).
3. Group A - Southern Railway, South Western Railway and South Central railway.
4. Group B - Central Railway, Western Railway, West Central Railway ans South East Central Railway.
5. Group C - Eastern Railway, East Central Railway, South Eastern Railway, East Coast Railway.
6. Group D - Northern railway, North East Railway, North Western Railway and North Central Railway.

Computer Based Test (CBT):
CBT shall be held at different centres across the country simultaneously for all the groups.
Candidates shall have following language options for CBT out of which they shall have opt for any one - Hindi / English / Urdu / Tamil / Telegu / Konkaani / Malayalam / Kannada / Marathi / Gujurati / Bengali / Odia / Assamese / Manipuri / Punjabi.
The standard of examination will be 10th / Matric level.
Candidates will be required to answer all questions and shall be awarded 1 (one) mark for each correct answer. Negative marks shall be awarded for every wrong answer. 1/3 marks shall be deducted for every wrong answer. No mark shall be awarded or deducted for questions not attempted.
Detailed instructions will be mentioned in the call letter for CBT regarding date, venue, reporting time, attendance, capture of biometric details, terminal / Seat allotment etc.
Candidates allowed to enter the examination hall / room will be required to mark presence as prescribed which will form the basis for the absentees statement. Signature and biometric thumb impressions of both thumbs of all candidates will be obtained as proof of appearing in the CBT test.
It will be necessary to obtain 35% marks (30% marks by SC and ST candidates) to qualify in the CBT.
 
Scheme and Syllabus for CBT:
Total duration of CBT is 90 Minutes and No. of questions is 120. Questions will be based on -
a. General Awareness (50 marks) - Questions will be aimed at testing the candidate's general awareness of the environmental around him and its application to society, to test knowledge of current events and such matters of everyday observations and experiences as may be expected of any educated person. The test will also include questions relating to Indian History, Art & Culture, Geography, Economics, General Polity, Indian Constitution, Sports, General Science etc.
b. Arithmetic (35 marks) - Questions on Number systems, whole numbers, decimal and fractions and relationship between numbers, fundamental arithmetical operations, percentages, ratio and proportion, averages, interest, profit and loss, discount, use of table and graphs, mensuration, time and distance, ratio and proportion etc.
c. General Intelligence & Reasoning (35 marks) - Questions on analogies, similarities and differences, spatial visualization, spatial orientation, problem solving analysis, judgement, decision making, visual memory, discriminating observation, relationship concepts, arithmetical reasoning, verbal and figure classification, arithmetic number series, non-verbal series, coding and decoding, statement conclusion, syllogistic reasoning etc.

Download Call Letter from Link 1 / Link 2 / Link 3
Enter Registration No and Password / Date of Birth.
SMS and Email message will be sent to all eligible candidates about the e-call letter upload details.
Photograph shall be scanned in colour and printed on the call letter.
No call letter will be sent to candidates by post.
Central Recruitment Committee will not entertain any request for any change in examination centre, date and session allotted to candidates.

Travel Allowances:
In case of SC / ST candidates who have uploaded the details of their category certificate for availing the benefit of free travel authority (Sleeper Class railway Pass), the e-call letter for CBT / PET / PMT / DV (as applicable) will contain the free travel authority and such candidates will be allowed to book ticket on submission of self attested photo copy of e-call letter and SC / ST certificate. During the journey, these candidates should carry original SC / ST certificate and one original prescribed proof of identity for undertaking journey failing which they will be treated as travelling without ticket and charged accordingly.

Exam date & Important Information:
i. Candidates must bring their e-call letters along with a valid Photo ID (viz. Voter Card, Aadhar Card, Printout of E-aadhar, Passport, Identity Card issued by the employer in case the candidate is a Govt. employee, School / College / University Photo ID Card in Original to the examination hall, failing which candidate shall not be allowed to appear for the CBT / PET / PMT / DV (as applicable).
To begin the recruitment process Computer Based Test scheduled has been finalized the online test will be begin from 19th December onwards.
ii. Candidates must also bring one colour photograph (of size 35 mm x 45 mm) which was uploaded in the application, with clear from view of the candidate without cap and sunglasses, for appearing in the CBT / PET / PMT / DV (as applicable).
iii. The Central Recruitment Committee for Constables have allotted Roll number to all valid candidates and these roll numbers will be communicated to them by 16th November through e-mail. Thereafter detailed CBT scheduled will be released on official website of Indian railways.
iv. The CBT exam date, test centre, timing with detail instructions will be sent to individual candidates on their e-mail. As the CBT begins for Group E candidates from 19th December, therefore candidates will be able to download their e-call letter from 9th December onwards as per test scheduled.
v. The test centers to candidates will be allocated within 200 km of their home district for their convenience and single stage e-call letter will be issued to candidates 10 days before exam with all details and better facilitation.
